Successful production starts with a practical understanding of the project. A congress format does not involve the same sequences as a product launch or brand activation. The programme, presentations, welcome periods, circulation areas and branding requirements should be brought together from the outset. This approach makes it possible to establish a coherent event technical coordination , without separating scenography from logistics.
Preparation also covers the conditions for delivery: site access, installation slots, temporary storage, team circulation, delivery of components and dismantling. For a stand, 3D design, manufacturing, customisation and fit-out must remain aligned with exhibition constraints. Our role is to coordinate these stages according to the brief, while maintaining a clear view of approvals and responsibilities.
A sufficiently documented initial discussion also makes it easier to prepare a proposal. Available plans, specifications, venue constraints, any audiovisual requirements, brand assets and the desired schedule provide a useful foundation. They make it possible to assess the scope of event logistics, distinguish priority operations and anticipate interfaces between the event, stand and suppliers.
